FAQ: Season Tickets
Why doesn’t the season ticket cover ALL games?
- The season ticket covers all 27 league games. Tickets can be purchased for the remaining games at a discount price, if purchased in advance.
Are the season ticket holders’ seats guaranteed for non season ticket games?
- Yes. For games not covered by the season ticket we will reserve your seat until shortly before face-off. If you purchase a ticket for the game, then your seat will be available until at least 15 minutes before the game starts.
Which door do I use?
- Season ticket holders should use the side door at the railway side of the building.
Do season ticket holders have to queue with everyone else for a non season ticket game?
- The season ticket entrance will be open for every game. You will need to purchase a valid ticket for the non season-ticket game, and show both the ticket and your season ticket card to gain entrance.
What should I do if I lose my season ticket, or it is stolen?
- Report the loss immediately to the office, and we will cancel the ticket and issue a replacement. There will be a charge for the new card.
