Where can I smoke?

• There is no smoking within the building. You can leave the building to smoke during the intervals at the side door on the lounge bar side of the rink.

Can I get a pass-out to leave the building?

• Yes. You must leave and re-enter via the side door under block 12.

Where are the toilets?

• There are toilets on the station side of the rink, behind the timekeepers box, and on the opposite side of the rink near the side door, under block 12.

Where can I queue if it’s raining?

• Sorry – the rink is used before most ice hockey games for public skating, so there are no inside waiting areas.

Do you have disabled facilities?

• We have limited space for wheelchairs at the scoreboard end of the rink. These need to be booked in advance – please make it clear when you purchase your tickets if a disabled space is required. There are disabled toilets, on the lounge-bar side of the rink, under block 12.
