Why can’t I climb the stairs to my seat during the pre-game blackout?

• For safety reasons.

Why can’t I climb the stairs to my seat during play?

• It is dangerous to move around when play is in progress, as you are unable to keep watch on the puck. In addition, you will block the view of the seated supporters, so we ask you to wait until the next break in play.

Why can’t I take flash photos during play?

• We have no objections to you taking photographs for non-commercial purposes, but flash photography is not allowed at any time as it can be dangerous to the players.

Can I eat / drink at my seat?

• Yes – but we don’t allow glass bottles or canned drinks in the stands. Please ensure that your rubbish is placed in one of the bins provided.

Can I stand at my seat during the game?

• No, as it blocks the view of the people behind. If you are troubled by other supports standing, shouting or swearing, please bring them to the attention of one of the jacketed stewards.

Can I stand round the rink during the game?

• Standing is not currently permitted. All supporters must be seated.
