Metros Movember moment
Many of you will have noticed male acquaintances everywhere becoming increasingly hirsute this month. Moustaches are sprouting above top lips and hitherto clean-shaven colleagues appear to be carrying small rodents beneath their nostrils. It's all in aid of Movember, a charity that has rebranded this month to raise awareness of men's health issues and raise money for prostate and testicular cancer research.

With the exhausting task of growing whiskers taken care of, Mets have turned their attention to preparations for this Saturday's tough home game against Sheffield Spartans. Face off at the Altrincham Ice Dome is at 5.15pm. Please come along and support the lads. With both sides eager for two points it could be a close shave.
