The club is keen to build a ‘bank stock’ of skates, helmets, pads, shorts, and in fact just about every possible piece of equipment that people might have in order to assist youngsters who will ultimately join the programme.
Anybody turning up for the trials on both June 17th and July 1st and donating kit will be given free entry to the trials as a thank-you from the club.
A club spokesperson commented, “we really would appreciate whatever help we can get in this instance to assist the on-going future of the programme. So, if anyone has kit that they no longer need or use, and would care to donate it toward the programme, we would be delighted to put it to good use for even more youngsters to take their first steps in the game.”

Alternatively, the club would welcome any such kit being brought to the trials on June 17th and/or July 1st at Deeside where it will be put to extremely valuable use on the day... and beyond.
A gentle reminder for those looking to take part in the trials, the club would like to stress that full equipment for junior hockey players includes helmets with face cages and an ‘athletic support’ or ‘box’ for the nether regions.
