Thinking of England!
We are delighted to announce that two of our Manchester Phoenix Junior players have received the call to try-out for an England U-13 team place.
Jared Dickinson and Robert Streetly - both members of the Manchester Phoenix U-14 squad - recently skated in trials held at Ice Sheffield. The overall standard at the event was very high and we congratulate them both for not only representing the club but, on being selected to try out for the U-13 National squad.
Meanwhile a posse of second year U-14 and first year U-16 Manchester Phoenix players are heading to Sheffield on Saturday 16th September to take part in U-15 Northern Conference trials... and we expect to confirm dates for the U-13 Conference trials soon.
As the selection processes continue the Manchester Phoenix coaching staff wish everyone taking part the best of luck. We look forward to seeing Manchester Phoenix players competing at the highest level.
