Hockey Basics is Back
If you're under fourteen and want to learn to play ice hockey, new courses start at the Altrincham rink this week. And it's not too late to join in!
The Manchester Phoenix Junior Ice Hockey Club is actively recruiting new players, especially at the youngest ages, so Hockey Basics is the perfect opportunity to get the skills you need to play with our teams.
On Tuesdays at 6.30pm Under 10s get a dedicated course of lessons and on Thursdays at 6.30 it's the Under 12s' turn.
The courses are run by the rink and feature junior club coaches on the ice.
You don't need any kit as the basics are all provided. All you need is plenty of enthusiasm and the will to play!
