Phoenix prospects get in-line call-ups
Three of the Manchester Phoenix Under-18 squad have been selected to the Great Britain In-Line Puck Hockey Association squad to visit the United States in June and July.
Netminder Adam Summerfield together with skaters Shaun Dippnall and Phil Hamer will join the GB squad for two tournaments in Philadelphia. They’ll compete in the first Junior In-Line World Championships and then play in an U-18 AA event.
Everyone at the Phoenix wishes them the best of luck in their exploits in the wheeled version of hockey.
