The junior club is now welcoming new players for next season. We’re recruiting at all ages from Under 10 to Under 18 and our Trials Week is your chance to take to the ice and sign up for the club’s new teams.

Whether you’re an experienced player or looking to start out, we’ll be pleased to see you on May 6th and 8th at the Altrincham Ice Dome. The details are:

Tuesday May 6th

6.30pm - 7.15pm U10s
7.15pm - 8.00pm U12s
8.15pm - 9.15pm U14s

Thursday May 8th

7.30pm - 8.45pm U16s
9.00pm - 10.15pm U18s

General Information

Please be at the rink at least half an hour before your session to sign in. We’ll take your contact details to keep in touch as we put the squads together. An information pack will be available on the night, giving general details about club membership, training times, a guide to membership fees and more. Club officials will also be available to answer any questions you may have

There is a £5 charge for non-members. Entry to members is free.

At the end of the session we’ll let you know what to expect next. You could be given an instant decision or it could take a week or two, depending on numbers attending. Full membership packs will then be available for selected squad members to join up.

If you have full kit, please wear it, although we can accept you in minimum kit for the U10, U12 and U14 age groups. Minimum kit is helmet, neck guard, gloves, stick, pelvic protector and skates.

Not sure of your age group? Here’s the breakdown:
Under 10 (birth years ‘99 - 2003)
Under 12 (birth years ’97 and ’98)
Under 14 (birth years ’95 and ’96)
Under 16 (birth years ’93 and ’94)
Under 18 (birth years ’91 and ’92)

Our aim is to accommodate as many players and age groups as possible for the coming season, subject to practical limits based on squad sizes and player ability.
