Manchester Phoenix Director Mark Samaru has confirmed that Phoenix are in talks regarding two potential locations for a new ice facility, and that development plans are on schedule.

"We can't reveal the full details of the ongoing negotiations until the deal is signed and sealed, of course. But we can confirm that talks are progressing positively with regards to plans for Manchester Phoenix to return to active competition ready for the 2005-2006 season.

"As soon as we're able to, we'll be giving our fans all the info on the future of the Manchester Phoenix!"
