Important ticket information

Saturday, 24th February 2007

The Manchester Phoenix wish to inform fans of the ticket arrangements for the games to be played at the new Altrincham Ice Dome vs Basingstoke on Sunday February 25th, Newcastle on Tuesday 27th February and Belfast on Thursday March 1st.

As the Ice Dome is not yet fully complete, for safety reasons the club is running at a restricted capacity for these three games. The capacity available is 750 seats, 250 standing for a total of 1000 spectators.

The first game at the Altrincham Ice Dome is sold out.  If you have not received confirmation from the club that your tickets have been transferred to the 25th February, then unfortunately you will not gain entry to the game. Tickets will not be made available on the day, and the Phoenix staff cannot make last minute arrangements.

The games against Newcastle on the 27th and Belfast on the 1st are almost sold out. If fans hold tickets for cancelled matches and wish to transfer them to either of these games, they are urged to contact the office from Monday morning in order to transfer their tickets.

For fans who do not hold any tickets, yet wish to see the games against Newcastle or Belfast, please be aware that the Ice Dome does not have Box Office facilities at the moment, and therefore tickets can be purchased online via the links below or via the office. Please note that a limited number of tickets are available.

The contact details for the Phoenix office are linked below. The office will be manned from 9am Monday morning.
