Altair

Altair is the most significant mixed use development in South Mancheste for many years. It will form an integral part of Altrincham and Trafford's regeneration, making the town once again the premier retail and leisure destination in the region.

The development comprises 15,000 sq metres of retail and restaurants, 5,000 sq metres of Grade A office space, a 100 bed hotel, 150 apartments and a new ice rink which will be the new home for Manchester Phoenix.

The scheme will fully commence in Spring/Summer 2009 with completion 4 years later.
