By subscribing to and using Phoenix TV you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Manchester Phoenix Ice Hockey Club is not responsible for any hardware, software or network connection used to access the content. We would advise you to ensure that you can access the non-subscription content within Phoenix TV before taking out a subscription.
Your subscription to Phoenix TV is an individual subscription for personal use only. It should not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential. If you become aware that somebody else knows you password, you should notify us immediately.
All content is owned by or licensed to Manchester Phoenix Ice Hockey Club, and you are only permitted to view the content within the Manchester Phoenix web site. Extracting the content from the site, and/or sending it to other persons is prohibited.
Although the aim of Phoenix TV is to make a range of behind the scenes, and match night content available through the service, Manchester Phoenix Ice Hockey Club make no guarantees about the quantity, quality, nature, or exclusivity of any content uploaded to the site.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, by logging into PayPal and cancelling the payments there. Alternatively contact us and we will cancel the subscription for you. Manchester Phoenix Ice Hockey Club, will then remove your access to the subscription content within 48 hours.
Once your subscription has been setup, please allow 48 hours for us to send you your password.
Manchester Phoenix Ice Hockey Club will take all reasonable measures to ensure that Phoenix TV is always available, however occasionally the service may be unavailable for technical reasons or other reasons beyond our control.
Manchester Phoenix Ice Hockey Club reserves the right to refuse to accept a subscription from any inidividual, or cancel an individuals subscription at any time for any reasonable reason.
Manchester Phoenix Ice Hockey Club may withdraw this service at any time. In which case all current subscriptions will be immediately cancelled.
Manchester Phoenix Ice Hockey Club reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time.
